Terms of Service

By using ImageToAll you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple: a tool that converts image files, with no account and no payment.

The service

ImageToAll converts image files between formats. Where your browser can perform the conversion, it does so on your device. Otherwise the file is uploaded, converted and returned.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Process material you do not have the right to process.
• Process material that is unlawful, or that depicts the sexual abuse of minors.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or the host it runs on.
• Circumvent the rate limits or the size limits described on this site.
• Resell the service as your own, or present it as a component of a paid offering, without written permission.

Automated use is permitted within the published rate limits. Requests that exceed them are refused, and persistent excess may lead to an address being blocked.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you convert. You grant no licence over them, because none is needed: the file is processed to produce the result you asked for and is then discarded. See the privacy policy for the detail of what is and is not uploaded.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Conversions are performed by image codecs, which can have defects, and a converted file may not be pixel-identical to what another program would produce. Verify that a converted file is suitable for your purpose before relying on it, particularly for print, medical, legal or archival use.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost or corrupted files, lost time, or loss of profit. Because the service is free, the total liability is limited to nothing.

Keep your originals. The service is a converter, not a backup. Always retain the original file until you have confirmed the converted result is what you wanted.

Availability

No uptime is promised. The service may be changed, rate limited or withdrawn without notice. Conversions that run in your browser depend only on this site's pages having loaded, so they continue to work even if the server side is unavailable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date below records the last revision.
